Any quotation we issue is an estimate only and does not constitute a binding contract until it is confirmed in writing by us and, where applicable, payment terms are agreed. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them; where no period is stated they should be treated as indicative.

Warranty cover depends entirely on the specific product supplied and the terms provided by its manufacturer. Warranty details are confirmed at the point of sale. Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, poor power supply, or damage from improper installation by third parties.

Deliveries and installations are carried out according to the timelines agreed with you. While we work to meet every agreed date, timelines may be affected by fabrication schedules, logistics or other circumstances beyond our control. Revised timelines will be communicated to you.

Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications, dimensions, capacities, power requirements and quantities before purchase. Please ensure the equipment you order suits your space and intended use. Site access, power and water connections remain the customer's responsibility unless expressly included in a written agreement.
